The Parrot Sequoia+ features two sensors. The multi-spectral sensor facing the plants captures the light they reflect in four separate parts: green and red lights and two infrared bands invisible to the human eye. Placed on the drone, the sunshine sensor records the intensity of light emanating from the sun in these four same bands of light. The 9-layer rectilinear, curved lens design eliminates distortion, and the 20mm focal length opens up shots to a remarkably wide angle without that fish-eye look. Packing power into a small, lightweight design, this compact camera shoots video at up to 4Kp30 or 1080p60 and takes crisp, clear 12 megapixel stills.
